To assist outstanding young people particularly at the postgraduate level to further their studies in NZ and overseas; to help those with disabilities (particularly intellectual disabilities) and rare disorders; some scientific research; the arts including sponsorship of galleries, museums, classical musicians including singers and instrumentalists, opera singers, ballet dancers, and the organizations which represent these areas; some specific community projects; a number of environmental areas especially wetlands and native tree related areas; and some historical and Maori NZ publications.
