Charitable Purpose

To improve the well-being, self-esteem and skills of our volunteer staff by means of work-based training whilst participating in horticultural/community or any other projects designed to enhance the environment of the local and metropolitan community for the enjoyment of all. For the purposes of the Trust Deed volunteers constitute those marginalised persons who have been referred to this programme by the Ministry of Social Development, Ministry of Justice, any agency or service or any other individual whom the Trustees, in their discretion, feel is suitable for the programme.

Entity Structure

PEEEP Trust is administered by a Board of Trustees who are accountable to and elected by the members of the Trust. Day to day operations are managed by three full-time paid staff, viz an Operations Manager, and two Project Supervisors, all of whom are responsible for the support, training and oversight of our volunteers. A part-time Financial Administrator undertakes all financial and other administration.
