3.1.1 to promote and further the education of students at He Huarahi Tamariki Schooling Unit and in the greater Wellington region including Horowhenua, the Wairarapa and other areas at the Trustees’ discretion, who are or have been, teenage parents (the Students);
3.1.2 without restricting the scope of the foregoing, to provide financial assistance, clothing, books, equipment, use of facilities, counselling and other appropriate assistance to the Students which the Trustees consider appropriate and which are charitable under the laws of New Zealand.
