Charitable Purpose

1. The Sure and Stedfast Development Trust was established in 1993 as an Incorporated Charitable Trust by the Canterbury/West Coast Battalion of The Boys' Brigade as the legal entity to manage, control and develop Waipara Adventure Centre. Mission: 1. Providing effective governance and management structures. 2. Providing well-resourced facilities and a wide range of well-managed activities. 3. Building and promoting a Christian atmosphere. 4. Striving for excellence in all our endeavours. 5. Providing a caring and supportive environment. 6. Providing service to the community through adventure education. 7. Providing financial support for the Canterbury/West Coast Battalion of the Boys' Brigade
