Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The Society is established and maintained exclusively for charitable purposes (including any purposes ancillary to those charitable purposes), namely: 1) To operate as a Christian ministry for the advancement of religion by promoting the Christian faith and deepening of spiritual life of individuals and communities. In particular, by holding on the Society’s property and facilities, or allowing others to hold, camps, conferences, meetings and gatherings for fellowship, preaching, spiritual renewal and refreshment, teaching of the Christian Faith and the promotion of Christian life and principles. 2) Encouraging in individuals and communities: • the Lordship of Jesus Christ • life transformation through the indwelling and fullness of the Holy Spirit • evangelism and mission • discipleship and • unity of believers in Jesus Christ. 3) Benefiting the wider community by allowing the community to use the Society’s property and facilities for other purposes, that Keswick shall appro
