Heartfulness meditation is a practical approach to meditation and relaxation Regular practice of this method promotes both physical and mental wellbeing. It gives inner strength and helps in leading a balanced and contented life. Those who are interested, can approach volunteers to learn the Heartfulness meditation techniques free of charge.
