This charity has been granted an exemption from filing an annual return by 30 December 2008 under Section 43 of the Charities Act 2005. The first annual return is due by 30 December 2009. Te Tuituia Trust Board CC49078 controls Tui Ora Limited CC20369. They have requested an exemption from filing consolidated accounts because the figures in the Trust Board accounts are incidental to the company accounts. Exemption has been granted for 2016 and until such time as the amounts in the Trust accounts become more than incidental.
