Charitable Purpose

This company is a charitable non-profit organisation whose aim is to obtain funds to carry out activities that will benefit the community. In particular those that will encourage:- - improvement in the education of youth on the Mahia Peninsula. -Encourage healthy activities which will improve the lifestyle of the indigenous people. -Relieve poverty by improving the status of women in the community. -Encourage the protection of the environment through education etc.

Entity Structure

The entity has one shareholder and director, Mrs Pauline Tangiora. The constitution states that the Managing Director, Secretary and Treasurer each have one vote only. There is no casting vote. These three are the working committee. All have expenses reimbursed upon furnishing proof of that expense.Only Secretary and Treasurer can be paid a nominal honorarium.
