Charitable Purpose

The Magyar Millennium Park (Hungarian Garden) Trust (MMP) was set up to ensure that the Hungarian Garden in Wellington is maintained to enable it to be used and enjoyed by New Zealand Hungarians, the local community and any other visitors. The Trustees may also apply funds to activities to promote Hungarian-New Zealand relations and understanding; and/or to enjoy, nurture and share Hungary’s cultural heritage in New Zealand; and to maintain the Hungarian language in NZ.
