Charitable Purpose

The purpose of the Trust is to enrich the lives of people with disabilities, and those who care for them, by providing information, services and products which will empower them to make informed decisions. It will also provide other support and assistance consistent with this charitable purpose.

Entity Structure

ABC Disability Trust is overseen by a Board of Trustees who have indepth knowledge of the disability sector including four people with lived experience. All Trustees are volunteers and contribute to the objectives. The Trust is autonomous and not affiliated to any other organisation. The Board members were approached because of their vast experience in a range of areas within the sector and common philosophical values. The Trustees elect a Chair, Secretary and Treasurer at each AGM.
