Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

The main purpose ongoing for the trust is to consolidate the reputation of the annual show by continuing to present a high quality event that will be a must see for the local patrons. We must continue to cut costs where possible and divert some funding in to more exciting and innovative staging and lighting as we are in direct competition with many visually impressive TV variety shows. Plus most importantly is the need to encourage more entrants.

Entity Structure

The Operational Structure of the Trust is, Four trustees , Chairperson, Secretary/Treasurer and a committee of twelve. This group have an AGM plus committee meetings as required to decide the format and Theme of the annual event plus operational and financial matters. Individual groups are then formed from the committee and includes some co-opted members from outside the group to organise and present the show.
