The Trust was established by Trust Deed dated 11 April 1986 for charitable purposes in accordance with the Charitable Trusts Act 1957 and as a charity approved by the Income Tax Act 1975. Primary objectives include the provision of a Hospital or Hospitals of all kinds for the sick and infirm or any other like care, treatment and attention alone or in conjunction with any other non-profit making organisation.
