Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

Bibleworld Museum & Discovery Centre (Bibleworld) has provided an enjoyable, educational environment where adults and chlildren could learn from static and interactive exhibits about the world in which the Biblical events took place. In August 2022, Bibleworld was closed and its exhibits put into storage for the forseeable future. Bibleworld Charitable Trust continues to offer online learning resources for the present time.

Entity Structure

Bibleworld Charitable Trust, which is governed by two trustees, operated the Bibleworld Museum & Discovery Centre in Rotorua until August 2022. Bibleworld Museum was wholly run by volunteers, including a qualified curator. On average there were 1 full time and 1-3 part time volunteers serving throughout the year. Since August 2022, Bibleworld Charitable Trust has continued offering online resources to encourage learning about the world in which the Biblical events took place. At the present time
