Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To operate as a successful and profitable sports and events centre for the benefit of the wider community. To accomplish this we will: (a) Manage, control and develop a pavilion and reserve land for the use and benefit of the public community of Renwick, the wider public community of Marlborough and on behalf of the Marlborough District Council; (b) Put in place such arrangements as may be necessary or appropriate to enable the use of the pavilion and reserve land by the public and sections of the public for their benefit and without limiting the foregoing to facilitate the making available of the pavilion and reserve land for public education, public benefit and for the enhancement of public health by the encouragement of sports and recreation;
