Charitable Purpose

Matamata Historical Society’s Mission is the preservation, conservation and display of artefacts so that our visitors are informed about the history of Firth’s Matamata Estate and the wider district. We aim to inspire adults and children visiting out Firth Tower Reserve site about life as it was, on the farm and in a small New Zealand Town.
