Charitable Purpose

The Holistic Education Trust exists to advance education in New Zealand through the development and demonstration of an educational model that inspires, engages and nurtures the unique brilliance of every child.

Entity Structure

The Holistic Education (THE) Trust is a registered charity in New Zealand with donee status. It is governed by a board of Trustees who meet every 6-8 weeks formally and communicate informally at other times. Our Trustees are: Bruce McIntyre (Chair) and Sarah Roberts (Trustee). A second board, made up of Trust, Parent and Staff members, provides governance and operational support to Seven Oaks School, to keep our community-based values alive and well.
