Charitable Purpose

To encourage residents to exercise their choices, enabling them to maintain their dignity so they fully enjoy their independence. We do this by placing our people at the centre of all we do, using streamlined,efficient and individually tailored programs delivered by compassionate, knowledgeable, well trained staff.

Entity Structure

Governed by a 13 member Board. As at 31 March 2016 there were 11 members. The board has established a management committee which comprises of 5 Board members. The board is elected during the AGM held each year. Organisational structure: Governing Board, Business Manager, Finance Officer,Clinical Nurse leader, registered Nurse ,Admin Assistant. Gardeners and maintenance, kitchen and laundry staff, healthcare assistants
