The organisation is managed by a board consisting of 4 elected Young Farmers, Contest Chairman, 2 independent directors, 2 strategic partners and the CEO.
The CEO oversees a Senior Leadership Team consisting of 3 Department heads (National Business Manager, National Operations Manager and National Marketing and Events Manager) plus a National Finance Manager and HR Manager.
