Purpose & Structure
Charitable Purpose
Our core purpose is to provide interaction with horses to develop increased ability, independence and self worth for children and adults with physical, intellectual, emotional and social challenges. Our vision is to deliver safe and effective programmes in local communities to benefit more riders. As a organisation we value, safety, teamwork, respect, quality and enjoyment.

Entity Structure
The Gisborne Riding for Disabled is managed by a committee of 8, with roles allocated to each. We have 11 committee meetings a plus an AGM in May. The RDA is under the management of Marna Rance (RDA Head Coach) who regularly reports to the main officers.
