Charitable Purpose

Entity Structure

The Roman Catholic Bishop of the Diocese of Auckland A Corporation Sole is the trustee of the assets of the trust which are held in trust for the charitable, religious, and educational purposes of the Holy Family of Korea Parish. Subject to and in accordance with the Code of Canon Law of the Catholic Church. The Parish priest is entrusted as pastor for the pastoral care of the community of Christ’s faithful of the Holy Family of Korea Parish under the authority of the Bishop of Auckland.
