Entity Structure

The Board of Governors shall consist of President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, plus up to four members elected at the annual general meeting. The Chief Executive is an ex officio member. The Board should comprise not fewer than five (5) nor more than twelve (12) members. It is expected the board should provide Maori and Pasifka representation. Committees are: Assets & Policy, Finance, Personnel, Public Relations and Fundraising and an operational Programmes Committee.
