Precept Ministries New Zealand is established and domiciled in New Zealand by Trust Deed. The trust is registered under the Charities Act 2005. Our Trust Deed states that there can be up to 7 Trust Board members. There are currently 2 Trustees in the role of the Chairman and the Secretary.
The National Coordinator
1. Develops Bible study class leadership through training
2. Runs the office with volunteers
3. Reports back to and receives input from the trustees
Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
This charity has been granted an exemption from filing an annual return by 30 June 2008 under Section 43 of the Charities Act 2005. The first annual return is due by 30 June 2009.
