Entity Structure

The Friendship House Trust Deed requires that five trustees be appointed by the owning/participating churches: Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian, Roman Catholic and Salvation Army and that three independent trustees may also be appointed. There are currently five volunteer trustees on the governance Board, two of whom are independent. Operations are managed by a team comprising Chief Executive, Business and Finance Manager, Operations Manager, Programmes Manager and other 13 staff.
