Destiny Church Auckland Trust is a not-for-profit organisation governed by a board of trustees. The number of trustees may not be fewer than four. The day-to-day church ministry operations are managed by the church eldership. The financial operations have been delegated to a Finance Management Team that meet monthly to consider the trust's financial duties.
Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
Here is a list of all the details changed by the charity, for example adding or removing officers, amending rules, changing balance dates or updating address details.
