Our governance structure consists of Chair, Treasurer and Trustees, our constitution says we must have no less than three and no more than eight trustees. We currently have seven trustees. Operational we have a FTE of 18 staff including a Chief Executive who reports directly to the Chair and Board. The CE is responsible for all operations including 8 direct reports from team leaders
Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
