Entity Structure
While our trustees are based in the Bay of Plenty, we deliver our educational wellness and recovery programmes, and communities revival initiatives throughout New Zealand. We are currently governed by two trustees filling the positions of Chairperson and Treasurer. To fulfil our charitable purpose, we prudently draw on external support for operational management, programme delivery, and the execution of community initiatives as required.

Annual Returns are due within 6 months of a charity’s balance date (financial year-end), or a longer period if an extension has been granted.
