Entity Structure

We are a charitable trust that is led by three trustees who comprise the Board. We supervise informal partnerships with a number of schools and organisations across Australasia and pool donations raised by those schools/organisations into a single account. The Board oversees the finances and distribution of money in accordance with the Trust Purposes and Objects as set out in our Trust Deed.
