Purpose & Structure

Charitable Purpose

To provide relief to underprivileged people in Nepal (mostly subsistence farmers in remote rural villages) suffering genuine hardship in the wake of the 2015 Nepal earthquakes.

Entity Structure

The organisation is governed by a management committee composed of three (3) members: Chairman: Thomas Rabosky (Appointed: 15 February 2016) Treasurer: Cornelis Brinkman (Appointed: 15 February 2016) Secretary: Henrica Scholten (Appointed: 15 February 2016) Each member of the management committee shall have an equal vote. The management committee will consist of three members and will be elected at each AGM (Annual General Meeting). All decisions are made by a majority vote.
