Establishing, upholding and promoting spiritual, educational and humanitarian teachings and activities. Administering the ever-increasing diversity and volume of affairs and properties of the Baha'is of New Zealand.

Entity Structure

Trust Structure: Each member trust deed states that we must have nine elected members as trustees, including four executive officer positions. Other Trustees/governance members may lead sub-committees or portfolios as may be determined from time to time in accordance with need and priorities. The operations are managed by the full-time Secretary as CEO and a team of 7 paid employees. The vast majority of our work is carried out by hundreds of volunteers. More details attached.
